Additional Terms & Conditions

All entries submitted must be original songs and shall not infringe any copyrights or any other rights of any third parties. Entrant shall, by entering, indemnify and hold Anno Domini Nation LLC and Legion Beats LLC (“Company”) harmless from and against any claims inconsistent with the foregoing. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit confirming that Winners’ songs are original and he/she holds rights to the songs. Company reserves the right to extend the entry deadline and increase or reduce entry fees for special promotions and/or entry deadline periods. Company will use its best efforts to announce the winners at the designated date, but will not be held liable for any unforeseen delays. There will be no transfer or substitution of prizes except as necessary due to availability in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Winners agree to release Company and sponsors from all liability regarding prizes won. All federal, state, and local taxes and custom fees, when applicable, are the sole responsibility of Winners. Entrants acknowledge that all songs entered may be distributed to judges who will be selecting the Winners, and Entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold Company, its sponsors, and judges harmless for liability, damages, or claims for injury or loss to any person or property relating to, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, participation in the Tech N9ne Song Contest. Entrants permit Company to use their songs, name and likeness for marketing purposes. Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy as shared on this page. By entering the Tech N9ne Song Contest, entrants and/or their parents or legal guardians (if such entrant is a minor) agree to accept and be bound by the decisions of Company and its judges which are final and binding in all matters. Entrant agrees to be bound by all terms of these Official Song Contest Rules and Additional Terms & Conditions as established herein.
